I have noticed that when I am excited, and want to be excited, I get really nervous and it bother me. I dunno what the heck to do about it. I am not active like I should be, and I have really always had this problem, but as I get older, it kinda has gotten a lil worse. I know energy drinks don't help, and I can give those up. But has anyone had this problem and managed to over come it? What did you do? Or are you still dealing with it?

This could be linked back to the smoking thread. This will become an issue for a lot of the guys in that one
 (not saying that's the cause of your problem btw, but it's a classic and proven symptom of cannabis use) -------------------- |

Honestly, I did mess with harder stuff, but only 3 times in my life. This has been a problem of mine ever since I was a kid though. Meaning like 9. Life has gotten waaaaaaaaaay better for me now than as a kid, and it seems the bad things that happened as a kid are troubling me now. I have just been praying hard. I keep dreaming that someone is hating on my car, and I only get a few hours of sleep. I wake up and pray that God takes my fears and pains away, and then I just get up and go about my day.
