I hate cops.
They have better stuff to do than to ****ing sit there and hide and laser people!!!??? ugh go solve a real crime, wow you caught me speeding good job, i hope you get a freaking medal for it! I hate oregon speed zones 55 on a freeway come on now! The last two times i've gotten tickets it has been when i wasnt paying attention to my speed and didnt realize i was doin 79, its not like i was doing it purpose! the funny thing is that i decided i should stop to get some gas cause i might no make it into Washington to pump my own gas, being 12:45pm gas stations in oregon arent open, luckily i found one and put some gas in. Now if i hadn't done that i would have been watching my speed and doing like 60 the whole way home to make sure i got good gas mileage, but because i caught gas i didnt care if i was going over 60... UGH im so done paying for their salaries!!!!!!!!!!!! -------------------- 1 JL 1,000/1v2

What's IBL?
End of the month, Scott - you should know this by now. Look around, end of the month, you always see WAY more people pulled over on the side getting tickets, at least in Oregon, IDK about up in da couve. I'm fairly certain our cops have a quota here judging by the #s I see this time of month. As for solving a real crime - seriously. There's two perspectives here, 1 being that there are plenty of instances that cops pull people over and the person turns out to have a warrant, a gun and a healthy stash of meth under the driver's seat. The other perspective being that by pulling you over the cop could have very well PREVENTED a crime and not only saved your ass from vehicular manslaughter charges, but someone else's ass from the front of your car. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying I never speed. Especially to work every single morning. But at midnight, when there aren't a lot of cars out, you make yourself a target. At least when I'm doing 70 down 205 at 8:00 in the morning, I'm doing it with the flow of traffic, and I'm being hyper-aware because I know that that flow could slow to 30 at any given moment. At midnight, it's too easy to take that openness for granted and space out. -------------------- ![]() |
