I wanted to say no, just to have a nice long discussion, but it appears so. Only other guess is that it kinda looks like a Z3 BMW, but I never seen one like that so scratch that.... Um...... Maybe some sort of Jag? The front is hard to tell but the back has Miata all over it. The hard top (especially with a color like that) tells me to lean more on Miata, since most Euro cars that might resemble that have a rag top. That's just me.
