  AND THEN........ OUCH! I need the body straightened out to correct this. It is possible right? To go to a shop and have a machine straighten out the body correctly?

looks good bro. didn't even notice the awkward gap till i saw the close-ups. maybe you can tint your turn signals and side markers red to match the black and red theme? or get the clear wolfie ones, but those are pretty pricey. but either way... it'll look even better once you get the blocks and some skirts on there.
