I won't get to the full details at this point, but let me just say that Martin (aka HaRv3sTeR) is a great guy, and also an honest/reputable person to do business with! I bought a large item from him, and paid to have it shipped to me. The shipping company (I'll reveal when this mess is resolved) told Martin to basically just get the thing covered, and they would take care of extra packing, wrapping, etc. to insure that it arrived undamaged... Well, they didn't! So it turned up at my house in terrible condition. I sent HaRv3sTeR an email late that night and by the time I checked my email today he had sent me two emails, contacted the shipping company, AND gave me a refund in full! At the very least I was expecting to have to wait and see what the shipping company decides, before any talks of a refund was given. Not with Martin! He took care of me right away, and took the situation into his own hands. It's stuff like this that reminds me how fortunate I am to be a part of this community, with such great people.
