i have a 97 celica gt that has a minor build 91 mr2 motor with a safc on it i kno it needs tuning but for some reason my EFI fuse keeps blowing... and now the car when i start it it will shoot up to about 1500 rpms and then back down to 900 and about 5 seconds later it will cut off if nebody knows what could be the problem let me kno please.....

Try unplugging things on the engine harness, starting with the circuit opening relay, and see when the fuse stops blowing, then you've isolated the circuit that's causing the problem.
