Hi,

currently I've koni sport installed with eibach prokit, but I think that previous owner has cut front springs because drop is more than 1 inch. So, problem is that front konis are gone. Front struts are now gone, ride is bouncy, and on big potholes car makes big noise, like strut is hitting bumb stop.

So I'm planning on investing in new struts and new springs. Springs will be tein stechs or vogltland, maybe tanabe?.

So question is should I buy all four kayaba agx struts or just front koni yellow (current on my car are actually black ?!) and put them on new springs?

As always, money is very important, so new front koni struts are my first pick but i'm I don't want them gone again kindasad.gif

All advices are appreciated smile.gif

Just some peronal info....

Koni yellow (adjustable) shocks are very good.
Bear in mind that if you replace the 2 shocks at the front you may end up with the car handling funny.
That is, you have new shocks on the front and worn ones on the back.

EIBACH Springs are very good.
Go for the Sportline or Prokit depending upon what drop you want.

H&R Springs (often overlooked) are also very good as well.
I had KYB GR2 shocks and H&R springs on my ST which turned out to be an excellent all round setup
...not to harsh for daily driving but good handling charaterisc when using it for the occasional enthusiastic moments.
Really got rid of the gap between the wheel and arch nicely.

Also consider the TEIN S-TECH springs and indeed the TEIN SUPER STREET SUSPENSION
...expensive but well woth it.
I have the TEIN SUPER STREET SUSPENSION with EDFC on my sprint car (ST185 GT4).

There's quite alot of info. about...
Try searching the forum and/or try a Google search to get some ideas.

IMO: I would replace the ALL the shocks (f&r).
