Is there any way of combatting having lowered springs, while at the same time keeping the lifespan time of the stock shocks?
If as a daily driver (420km / 260miles) a week how long would i expect the shocks to last 3-4 months?

If you install new struts (not shocks on our cars) when you do the springs then they should last years, or AT LEAST 30,000 miles.
