So i changed my oil on one of my yota's and all around the oil cap and threads in the valve cover was this yellow substance, It was some foamy high golden yellow crap.I use 10-30 synthetic, Ive never seen anything like this.Ive a BHG has a weird oil color...Could this be it..I'll post a pic if need be.

relax I know exactly what your talking about, it almost looks like the foam on a latte. my car had this when I first bought it with 68k on it clock. I almost had a heart attack because I thought it was coolant entering my oil somehow ( assumed head gasket was shot). But a compression test was within spec and there was no white exhaust under full throttle and after a few oil changes using mobile 1 10-30 It went away. My guess is that moisture gets into the crankcase somehow. Maybe through the evap system? or faulty pcv valve. Come to think of it, it went away when i replaced the pcv...
