Is the hose attached to the intake hose near the TB a vacuume line?

I'm assuming thats the pcv valve you're talking about thats running to the intake. If it is it isn't a vacuum line. the pcv is located on the valve cover. Basically any nipple on the intake manifold itself is a vacuum source. Other than the 2 on the bottom side of the throttle body. Thats for coolant to flow and keep the throttle body warm.

its the one attached to the hose not on the TB
