I've started desoldering the LEDs from the Heater Control PCB.
I have now received my new LEDs.
However, they have a + and - wire.
The longer of the 2 wires being positive.
Problem is...I'm trying to work out the polarity on the PCB.
That is, the positive and negative circuits.

I also have the same question relating to the window switch.

Can anyone help please?

Hi 3TST

OK I finished my AC Unit last night and I have some photos that may help.

1st thing is to get a Multi Meter with the diode tested "http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multimeter"

Get something like this "http://www.screwfix.com/prods/14469/Electrical/Electricians-Tools/Circuit-Testers/Autoranging-Digital-Multimeter?cm_mmc=GoogleBase-_-Datafeed-_-Electrical-_-Autoranging%20Digital%20Multimeter" only 10 Pound!

This tool is your best friend when you work with electricity.

In your last Photo (above) it shows the ->|- (diode) symbol so flop your AC board over from the way you have it in the 1st Photo.

Sorry if this sounds a bit Preachy but it should help you.

Have a look at "http://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=63338" (My Thread) and scroll to the end for a look at how I have done my Car (and AC Unit)
