looking to start a list of parts that will fit our 6th gens from other cars. whether it be the 7th gen short shifter slightly modified or the s2k antennas that work... -lets leave engines outta this for now?-

d'oh, I TOTALLY forgot about this thread! I haven't drilled the holes still, but I'm telling you, length-wise, it's totally fine. I checked that a long time ago! Here's a link to the Tanabe Racing Development web site (the one on the Tanabe site is the "generic" photo, not the actual one I have)
Here's a picture that looks like the one I have: ![]() What I've actually done with my strut bar is I sanded down the bracket thingies (end plates) through the paint down to the metal, roughed it up some, and filled in the holes with steel reinforced putty. I packed the putty in tightly (to eliminate air pockets) and smoothed it just outside of flush to the end plates to allow for shrinking when it set. After leaving it a few days, I sanded the putty down to be flush to the end plates, so all I have left to do is drill new holes and repaint the end plates.
