how do you keep the key ring light on while driving? it fades out after about 5seconds after door is shut

Hi there to even out my light (not perfect but better) I use 3 layers of white paper in front of the Bright LED. This stopped the Bright Point of light in front of the LED and helped the ring get a more even light.
