look at pic
  now what is that? is it common? it's like a partial front lip but not even that much i like it compared to a car without it  NOTE: i've used pictures off this site so i hope i'm not stepping on anyone's toes. thanks

I think it's either called a splitter or a bumper extension. It comes standard on the JDM SSIII Celicas. The SSIIIs also have them on either side of the rear bumper and come standard with a high GTFour style wing
