look at pic
  now what is that? is it common? it's like a partial front lip but not even that much i like it compared to a car without it  NOTE: i've used pictures off this site so i hope i'm not stepping on anyone's toes. thanks

Actually, it's not a standard feature, and is a dealer option on the Celica SS-IIIs. The same goes for the spoiler posts.
