I got some kid in a blue escort yesterday when driving in my Celi. His hubaps were taken off and the wheel part was painted blue to match his car. His "underglow" were those semi-truck reflector thingies that were also blue. They lit up but didn't glow. It was funny...he's going like 40 next to me and pops it into second and it still takes him a few seconds to pass me up...pushed mine into 2nd and instantly was ahead of him...slowed again onl to hear/see him do the same thing...so I just quit because it's a waste of gas.
