 5sfe BOOST, what is a safe boost limit |

I am puting a turbo on my 5sfe and I need to figure out what level of boost will be safe.

Advice, it want to have fun and have another engine onside, break the engine @ the track, pull it down and advice all on what to do if you want to boost @ 12psi cheaply.
