should they be that hard to take off the actual light thing?....
like i want to take them off and polish them...make them look good, and what should i use to polish them? -------------------- myspace!!

Are you talking about the turn signals in the front bumper or the sidemarkers on the fenders? I don't know anything about polishing them but talking both off is easy. There's just one screw on the side you take out then the whole thing comes out on an angle and just pulls right out. It's easy. Someone else will have to tell you the rest bout polishing them though.
