it's got a new:
Radiator Fan sensor switch Radiator Cap Water Pump Thermostat and gasket It still over heats. Pushes steam out the over flow bottle. Haven't pressure tested it. Seems very intermittent almost random as to when it does this. Outdoor temperature does not matter. -------------------- 94 GT Liftback

Might try it with no t-stat for a week or so. Cold here in NC but still. Piro thanks man. It's the girlfriends car now so it actually lives off Tyvola near the airport. Problem is she flogs the car so that isn't helping.
Not good to hear luisitol. I am very doubtful the HG is bad in mine. Might be the relays and the wiring. Because if the fan won't turn on it surely will overheat. -------------------- 94 GT Liftback
