hey
I know there are threads about this, and i hope its okkay that i make my own. My car:  HaRv3sTeR's car  So is this difficult or not =)? Do i need any small stupid parts off a kind other can the bumper, signal and fog lights  ?

No because when you pop the hood it's going to be next to impossible to reach the safety latch in order to fully open the hood [Plus it's gonna look funny]. You could do a reverse of what Malpaso did but that involves much fabrication to the top of the bumper and you wouldn't want to do that if you plan to get the hood later. I'd say get it and let it collect dust until you can get the rest - it's worth it.
