I know we have quite a few gamer-members on here, and I'm about to get a PS3, I wanted to know if there is a charge to get online with it, to play multi player games, ect. Is it like the x-box that requires you to subscribe to a service, or can you just plug in and go?

If you need a HDMI wire I have an extra new never used.
I must say I think my best purchase umm I think ever has been the PS3 I love the blu ray I love the games..I just love it. I have yet to even think about wanting to play any ps1 or ps2 game. We now have two in the house since I hyped it up so much  ..I love that the online is free and I love to check out and downloading new themes..I think I'm just in love o0o assassins creed has been my favorite game so far...I really enjoyed GTA4 but once I beat it I never really got into the online games...warhawk is ok..its fun to pass time but it get annoying bc I can't live past like 5 mins. I just beat tomb raider..I really enjoyed the game I wish it was longer but thats bc I enjoyed playing it. I tried the demo for Drakes and it seemed fun..kinda reminded me of tomb raider just with a looooottt more shooting..For me I enjoy shooting but I like the adventure behind it so I think from what I have read online and by the demo I feel like Tomb Raider was def more my style and since I beat that Its time to get Uncharted and see what I think. umm I hated Burnout I played it once and never looked at it since..Its time for me to look into more games...and of course rock Band is awesome.
