hey guys. im thinkin about gettin an aftermarket steering wheel. im not sure how to go about doing it. i heard theres some legal issues. any help?

Iīve bought my Celica already without OEM steering wheel, Iīve got there MOMO, itīs not looking so good but I do like it īcause itīs very comfortable and I can feel everything on the road.
Unfortunately airbagīs gone. :-(
