I know we have quite a few gamer-members on here, and I'm about to get a PS3, I wanted to know if there is a charge to get online with it, to play multi player games, ect. Is it like the x-box that requires you to subscribe to a service, or can you just plug in and go?

Was never impressed by MS...just not a fan of arcade racing. But COD5 will be my next purchase, I'm renting Far Cry 2 first though.
