 Rear defroster help |

My rear defroster seems to take forever to work. There aren't any tears in the black lines that I can see, and a centimeter of frost around the lines melts soon after I turn it on. Is there anything that can be done for this?

I figured it had something to do with not cooking the factory tint but IDK

The only thing is, the film can't cover the little wire things.
