buying and selling Options

Can we make a rule or something that if you are not personally selling an item you cant post it.

Many things from ebay are being posted and people here maybe bidding on that item or planning to bid on it.

I know in the past other people have had things that they were bidding on posted in the buying selling section and I had it happen to me.

I think it ruins the whole auction for a person.

i have mixed feelings about this topic..i think that its great peole post up links to ebay that they think other fellow 6gc members might be interested in...if your bidding on it and dont win because someone else has a higher bid then can you really complain? if you really wanted it/needed it you'll pay the money for it up to a certain point. i have gotten a few things off ebay for my car due to people posting things up on here from ebay....i think thats the whole "community part" of the site...to help each other out and show them deals when they are there...i think if we need to make any changes to this site its to completely get rid of the off topic section...it would save a lot of people headaces and aggravation...i know i use it here and there but i wouldnt be upset if we got rid of it...just my .02
