 Is this my alternator belt on the way out?, Need help identifying what this noise is |

Hey all, I *think* this is my alternator belt making this noise, but I'm no mechanic so I thought I'd call on your collective wisdom
 . Please don't tell me that it's my *cringe* waterpump *cringe* instead haha. Video and sound quality is average but hopefully you can get the idea... If it is my alternator belt, is this an easy part to change myself or should I take it in to toyota? --------------------  |

sounds like the alternator is chattering like mines
 i know mines is going and i need to get a replacement. when i do change out my alternator im going to change my belts just to be safe
