Hey guys, my power antenna is going out... again. I have no idea what the problem is, but the antenna motor keeps running after the antenna has gone all the way up. Is there a cut-off switch that is supposed to stop the motor when it reaches the top? This thing started gradually... at first it would only run a few seconds after the motor hits the full antenna extension - now it runs for about 20 seconds and seems to be running longer each time i start the car. Has anyone had this issue before? I took the antenna assembly apart thinking the gears were stripped, but everything looks fine.
Are there non-power antenna options available for the 6g celica? |

Yup, i'd say go with the S2000 antenna. If you cant find that parts in a junk yard you will have to go to the dealerships which will cost you... When I did my swith i had to buy both parts through dealers and some other random parts everything ran me around 60 or 70 bucks...
