yeah what do yah think do i need new bushing or something..when i put it in first 2nd or 3rd gear so on i can move the b*tch like when its in no gears..pissing me off so much!! any help will work..i check everything and it seems alright to me..thanks everyone...

found this and the red things are the source of the problem. currently seeking a cheaper used one because the nut holding the bushing down just doesnt want to come off. it just spins and spins
 the bolt stays put but the nut keeps on spinning  so im seeking the whole assembly on the bottom right of the diagram.
