Where the fcuk was secret service? Didn't see anyone diving infront of the shoe... If it was a gun, a bomb, or anything else bush WOULD have been screwed. That's bad. First president ever to be ignored by the service awesome.

i'm going to assume that was sarcasm. someone at work said the same thing and was serious about it. he threw shoes... what do you expect? they should've had the intelligence that he was going to throw them. lol. i can guarantee you there were no weapons or anything that could cause him actual harm within 1,000+ feet. that truly was a bizarre moment. i didn't read much of it but i read there was a trail of blood on the floor as they dragged the guy out but i didn't see them beating him or anything. did someone secretly shank him?
