 Removing interior pieces, lighter panel |

I was just popping off some of the pieces on my interior and I took off the lighter piece, but couldn't get the yellow-tinted wire off. The white one was easy, but I was afraid I'd break the other one. Any ideas?

for the light just twist it and pull it off
for the other wire the L shaped piece just pull off --------------------  I will return one day. |
