It adds a little extra flavor and sets my burgers apart from the rest of the world's. I hate the word patty...makes it sound like something that comes from an elementary school cafeteria. :puke: A pound of 80/20, a pouch of Lipton's onion soup mix, and an egg and I'm good to go. So ****ing good.
