the game has never been played but its out of its packaging. why u ask? i bought this game for my nephew because i thought it would be a nice gesture, so he tears into the packaging... opens it up and doesn't pop it in to the ps2. i notice he's displeased and is like i don't really like the simpsons. so now i'm over the return time limit and he took it out of the wrapping. (i really can't understand kids nowadays) so long story short i got and need to get rid of this game. i'm selling it for $55 shipped. i paid $57 with tax. the game is brand new.

I have a universal muffler also for sale. It's a no name universal muffler with a 4" tip which funnels out towards the back. its brand new in original box and has no scratches. it's really shiny and perfect for a custom catback. the price is $60 shipped. i have pics but PM me if interested.

hahaha, u guys really made me laugh. ok but lets get serious for a sec. $35? for a brand new $50 game. i really don't see how that works. This post is for the people who might want to buy the game but just so happen to read my post and wouldn't mind having the game come to them instead of goin out to buy it. its not for the i'll buy it if its cheap enough crowd. i won't go lower than 50 shipped. the game doesn't lose 20 dollars value just for the hell of it. c'mon guys i thought you knew how business works. Well if there are any mature and serious buyers out there pm me, if not this post isn't for you. No disrespect to previous posts but we gotta be real here...
