the game has never been played but its out of its packaging. why u ask? i bought this game for my nephew because i thought it would be a nice gesture, so he tears into the packaging... opens it up and doesn't pop it in to the ps2. i notice he's displeased and is like i don't really like the simpsons.
 so now i'm over the return time limit and he took it out of the wrapping. (i really can't understand kids nowadays) so long story short i got  and need to get rid of this game. i'm selling it for $55 shipped. i paid $57 with tax. the game is brand new. if your interested PM me and i'll get back to you asap. I have a universal muffler also for sale. It's a no name universal muffler with a 4" tip which funnels out towards the back. its brand new in original box and has no scratches. it's really shiny and perfect for a custom catback. the price is $60 shipped. i have pics but PM me if interested. |

The reason why the game loses value and why you will not get 50 bucks is this. Yes you say it is brand new and never been played, yet it is open and exposed, that there is environmental damage and proving that the game has been in use in one form or another. No matter what your story is, it is automatically droped down 25%+ due to the fact that one's story can never be trusted 100%. Also, someone could go to a game store and purchased a used copy of the game with a warrenty still for around 15-30 bucks. You front no instore warrenty. You will not get your money back. Business doesn't work that way, if something is used even in the slightest, it is still used and looses 25%+ of its retail value. That is how business is conducted. Hate to rain on your parade, but hey, life sucks, get a f0ckin helmet |
