the game has never been played but its out of its packaging. why u ask? i bought this game for my nephew because i thought it would be a nice gesture, so he tears into the packaging... opens it up and doesn't pop it in to the ps2. i notice he's displeased and is like i don't really like the simpsons. so now i'm over the return time limit and he took it out of the wrapping. (i really can't understand kids nowadays) so long story short i got and need to get rid of this game. i'm selling it for $55 shipped. i paid $57 with tax. the game is brand new.

I have a universal muffler also for sale. It's a no name universal muffler with a 4" tip which funnels out towards the back. its brand new in original box and has no scratches. it's really shiny and perfect for a custom catback. the price is $60 shipped. i have pics but PM me if interested.

I had played Simpsons Hit and run, and personally i wouldnt pay 50 for it BRAND NEW IN THE STORE either. I wouldnt pay 20 bucks for it used even. It wasnt all that great a game, and if someone REALLLY wants it brand new... there's always ebay, or half.com... You can get it brand new much cheaper... So if you're talking business classes i guess they didnt really apply to buying and selling Video games. Just return it to the store and tell them it doesnt work in your system, and that it's messed up. Then you can can get ur full money back. Sorry If i'm sounding mean, but i really doubt anyone is gonna pay an extra 7 bucks or so for the game new, when they can walk / drive / commute to the store and buy it for the same price or less, and then not have to pay s/ h either.... (I dont know about you but games only cost like 49.99 here)
