But now I ask what is the best method for removing my old lenses? Can I put them on a cookie sheet? Or would that melt the original housing? I guess what I am asking is what is best used to place objects of your car (Turn Signals. Projectors, etc..) to be sat upon in the oven?

I was wary about using the oven for fear that it would destroy the housings, but in the end went with setting the oven on its lowest setting and trying for a few minutes at a time until the glue became plyable. Id recccomend some type of glove when handleing the units when they come out of the oven
