Well the gas bonnet lifters went in this afternoon. Took about 20 mins because I needed to fiddle with a washer or 2 to get the fit right. I've created a wiki guide on CCUK for the fitting Wiki Entry
They seem to work well. Worth £40 IMO  Here are some pics  Bracket with washer piping  Bracket  Fitted   In place with the bonnet 'popped'

ok, when you close the hood, is it difficult.
any bending of the hood. Update people, for those that have been using it since october. -------------------- Learned a lot in 10 years... I hardly log in anymore, last login Today Sept 6 2019, and I was forced just to clarify a post. LOL
