 Perfect wheel size on Celica |

I have a Celica AT200, and is currently looking for some new wheels and tires. What is the perfect wheel size on my Celica? I am planning to lower it too.
Any answers will be appreciated!

pictures in my profile are on 18" wheels, they aren't over kill but they are heavy.
you'll just end up being a reasonable amount slower |
