hey how would i determine if the radiator cap is the problem with a leakage within the radiator??
also, would you recommended a replacement cap from autozone?? -------------------- -----------

If you were to buy a tester...your looking for something like this. Although if you suspect that the cap is the problem, then as long as long as its in OEM specs, then you should be fine. Secondly, are you 100% that your cap is the problem? Maybe the cap is fine and you have a hairline fracture somewhere?

Maybe the cap is fine and you have a hairline fracture somewhere? oh ok.. coolant fluid was found at the top of radiator but no spot leaks were found after driven for 15 mins.. could possibly be a hairline fracture but not sure.. thank goodness i've got another 6gc in the house tho.. I'll switch radiator caps and take a drive test tomorrow to the gym and check for results. -------------------- -----------
