Short shifter and shift knob, Difference?

TWM ones I read are made for the 6th gen but are 150 bucks roughly. I heard that 7th gens fit as well. What I am looking for is a plug n play, no mods, reliable, working short shifter. Any suggestions? THanks! Ok so are there two different TRD shift knobs? One says it fits the newer celica and another says it doesn't but I want the one that flares forward but I think I bought on ebay the one that doesn't compare the two pics.
