I'm looking to buy a Celica in Central/Northern VA. If you have a manual (may do automatic) with under 200k miles in running condition let me know. I'm willing to spend up to 1.5k but I may go up a bit more but not by much. If you have something please let me know as soon as possible. I'm looking to buy at the end of January/February.
