Hey everyone,i don't know too much about computers but i bought computer parts(moterboard,ram,video card,processor,harddrive,) from new egg.com.me and a buddy put it together but its not working.the computer turns on but their no display, it turns on but doesn't turn off.if any know has any idea it would be great thanks

Yeah. If you hear a large highpitched squealing it might be that there is no power on the video card. If it doesn't turn off.. thats kind of weird.
The best thing to do would be to take a step back, find the instruction manual and set up the case and power 100% correctly, like matriculates attention to detail. Also make sure your connections are tightly connection and that there are no bent pins on things. --------------------  (\__/) (='.'=) This is bunny.
