Hey everyone,i don't know too much about computers but i bought computer parts(moterboard,ram,video card,processor,harddrive,) from new egg.com.me and a buddy put it together but its not working.the computer turns on but their no display, it turns on but doesn't turn off.if any know has any idea it would be great thanks

i tried 3 different monitors,just to make sure.my brother notice that theirs no power going to the mouse and keyboard,but the fans are getting power.is their anyway to test out if the motherboard is bad?
