 Perfect wheel size on Celica |

I have a Celica AT200, and is currently looking for some new wheels and tires. What is the perfect wheel size on my Celica? I am planning to lower it too.
Any answers will be appreciated!

There is truly no perfect wheel size - it is all about you the driver and your preference. Some say 18, 17, 16, 15, get the idea?
