car looks good, but I can see you need some new tires and an alignment, possibly with a camber kit... I can see secondary rubber on the outside shoulder of your rear tire in the 7th pic down

As far as the secondary rubber you see is from a curb, it cut just barely into the tire so it has a little flap. It sucks, but the tire is fine...I already have a camber kit installed in the front, but the rear is a little off... Cibrit...They are gunmetal with a gloss finish.
