 Perfect wheel size on Celica |

I have a Celica AT200, and is currently looking for some new wheels and tires. What is the perfect wheel size on my Celica? I am planning to lower it too.
Any answers will be appreciated!

Thanks, I think I will chose 235/225/215 - 40 - R17". This will fill nicely?
Do I need a lowering after these wheels? Or is it the same? |
