Anybody have a double din player that will sit flush without modding the trim for our cars ?? Pics would be nice too.

i have an apline just like the one posted earlier. I originally just ISO mounted it with the stock locations, but it seriously takes like 15 minutes tops to get it to sit perfectly flush.
what i did, i mounted it from the factory holes, then measured how far out it stuck, and wrote that number down. then took it out, measured out from the factory holes IN THE ANGLE OF WHICH IT MOUNTS - because mine was not a perfect 0 degree's with the bracket, it was maybe about 10-20 degrees off the center line. then just drilled new holes at the markings. i do however, miss it hanging out, because i used to rest my middle or ring finger on the top to be more precise with my touch selections. at the end of the day, the car can still be converted 100% back to stock apperance and function easily - no permanate modification is needed (that can be seen at least) best of luck to you! -------------------- you know why they put sheep at the edge of a cliff.... that way they push back!
