 Rebuilt Alternators that Double AMPs |

I have been looking at these and wondering if I should go for it. They are backed with a year warranty and put out 160AMPS vs the standard Alternators that put out 70AMPS. I was thinking of getting it (if it seems like a good idea) and keeping mine as a back up just in case. What do you guys think? Has anyone bought one of these before?

Most car stereo shops sell them, and they can range in price.
 Just an example of one. Usually caps with digital displays cost more. If you don't need the display, you can probably save a good chunk of change. --------------------  |
