i just did mine. FIPG was not needed but was recommended for use at the corners and the half moon section. ive been running it for a month and no leaks.
it is always handy to have some Toyota FIPG but if you cant get any at the time, its ok. oh and i might as well say it here, get FIPG instead of RTV.
