 Perfect wheel size on Celica |

I have a Celica AT200, and is currently looking for some new wheels and tires. What is the perfect wheel size on my Celica? I am planning to lower it too.
Any answers will be appreciated!

so if i have a set of 225/40 r17 and want my car lowered is it better to get coilover that are adjustable or springs?
