I've done a search on here looking for some information about the Megan Racing Full Dampers, and have not found what I'm looking for. Can someone please help me?!
All the post I have found everyone is so worried about ride quality and whatnot. This makes no difference to me due to the fact that my car will not be used daily, nor on the street very much. I'd like some input on the performance of these dampers. How "stiff" is "stiff". Body roll? Ease of adjustability? Pros/Cons? Anyone who is running them, has run them, or has extensively reasearched these, please give me your insight! It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all for your time. -------------------- ![]() www.tweakdperformance.com contact@tweakdperformance.com |

Thanks 95CelicaST. The car will not be slammed anywhere near the ground, other than for cruising. When it comes to the performance aspect, the rear end will actually be noticeably higher than the front. The car is being built for street/strip. So the adjustability of the dampers is most important to me. high rebound upfront, high compression in the rear, along with higher than normal rear spring rates is what i prefer, i might be able to deal with the compression adjustability. In drag racing on a FWD, a front sway bar is more useful than a rear, my car is equipped with both, which most likely will get upgraded down the road too.
You mentioned that the part number is the same as Apex? Is megan racing a subsidy of Apex? -------------------- ![]() www.tweakdperformance.com contact@tweakdperformance.com |
